Job Description: We have an opportunity for a PHP / .NET Programmer, after an influx of new work, we are looking to recruit a new programmer to help with the ever increasing work load.

You will mainly be coding in PHP or .NET, but will be expected to pitch in from time to time by helping out with other aspects of web development. This is an excellent opportunity to work on projects with some of well known companies within the UK.

A proven track record of developing a wide variety of websites within a commercial environment will also be essential in order for the successful candidate to fulfil this exciting opportunity to its maximum potential.

A position has arisen in our London office for a Junior Sales & Project Executive. Working within a small team, you will have the opportunity to join our company at a time of exciting growth and development. The role will involve scouting for new website development work and seeing out the projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with your clients and possibly existing in house clients.
The applicant must be extremely organised and work well under pressure. A good telephone manner is essential and a web technical background is preferred. You will work as part of a small team and may be responsible for assisting projects with our in house development team. You will need to be ambitious and hard working, and interested in a challenge.

The Role

This role is a proactive one where you will be expected to be self-motivated and proactive as a key member of a small growing team. You will be expected to be very 'hands-on' and extremely competent with outbound sales calls.
You will work on every aspect of initial sales contact, from indentifying required design and development requirements, through to site development and implementation. A genuine interest and passion for the web is a must.

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to attract new business, manage clients and write proposals
• Communication and organisational skills essential, with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to interact with in house staff, relaying specific requirements for designated projects
• Ability to focus on the services of Bond Media and find business in the areas such as: Web Design / E-commerce/ Print Design / Branding / Flash Design / Search Engine Optimisation
• Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of client sites as well as our business
